Mandatory Wind Ensemble Parent Meeting

We will have a mandatory parent meeting for all Wind Ensemble parents on Tuesday, September 5th at 7pm in the Choir Room. All Wind Ensemble parents MUST attend as we will be discussing the trip, payment, and chaperoning.

We will also hold a fundraising meeting at 6pm to help brainstorm ways to fundraise for this trip. We need big fundraisers to help offset the cost for all students.

Band Fees DUE by September 15th

Please make sure you are staying on top of your band fee payments. Fees need to be PAID IN FULL by September 15th . Late payments will be turned over to school obligations, which will prevent students from attending after-school functions like homecoming & prom, participate in school sports, and from receiving their diploma at graduation.

Don’t forget to pick up your football program ads this week! Programs are $10 and help support the band program

Hydration Station Help at Practices

We need parent volunteers to help keep our students safe at practice! Please sign up here if you are able to help manage our hydration station during practice!

Silver Sands MS Needs Our Help!

If you have concert band pants they’ve outgrown, the Silver Sands band would love it if they would consider donating them to the Silver Sands band program. Former Silver Sands Students: check your closets and drawers for Silver Sands black band pants and red band jackets! The SSMS band has grown, and they are short of both! Drop items in the box by the uniform room!

Our first concert of the year is October 11 th for Jazz Bands & October 18th for Concert Bands! Please see below for information regarding concert uniforms & where to purchase a tuxedo.
