Band Camp

Every year, the entire Musical Performing Arts group comes to school a week early to attend "band camp". A required part of life at Spruce Creek's Music Department, this time serves to prepare the students for the year ahead by learning key musical pieces needed for the field show, as well as the field routines themselves.

The week ends with a demonstration of what's been learned for all parents to enjoy, giving student and families alike a fun and educational experience (parents are usually involved with this event, actually taking to the field with their students!).

Be sure to plan for band camp each year as it is crucial to the success of the music program!
