Principal Mr. Tim Egnor:  Received anonymous letter of complaint.  Normally follow a process that involves the person complaining along with proper administrators, since this was an anonymous complaint, this process could not happen.  2 letters were read. In summary, investigated, went to 2 parent groups, general opinion was that the band program is a positive, leadership building program.  If individual excesses need to be addressed, then they must be addressed case by case.  Anonymous person wrote another letter because they thought nothing had been done.  There was no way for administrator to contact this person and start a dialogue considering this issue.  Gunkie will not be a term we use.  Mr. Egnor received an email protesting its demise.  Alumni and students are upset.  Mr. Egnor expressed the proper use of communication to avoid this type of misinformation.  Mr. Kidd addressed that all people help remove pit equipment on a rotating section basis and name tags are necessary to learn the names and become a souvenier for many people.  Discussion followed.
