Guard Director's Report - Shawn McKaig

He did a little 'behavior modification' at game. Noticed the students were late coming back from break. The new guard uniforms are in. The new guard jackets will be offered at the next parent meeting. These jackets are the best so far and reasonably priced. Will arrive in time for Christmas gift giving.

Adult Staffing: Keith Kopshina/Terri Lubas

Need more volunteer cooperation from parents and they need to arrive earlier so that they can hold an information meeting prior to the busses leaving the school. Keith asked wheather we needed to continue to supply water at the games in view of the problem with students not disposing of their bottles properly. Andy stressed how hot is for them and asked that we continue with the water, especially for competitions. Water needs to come out of band budget if parents don't step forward and offer to pay.

Guard Report - Loretta Brambier. Going to California in April for competition. Fund raising going well.

Uniform Report - Mary Marthis Mary is the new in-training recruit for uniform department. Kathy Shapiro will be leaving at the end of this year and the transition should go smoothly.

Concession Report - Donna & Joe Papa

Not getting volunteers for the games. Need to send out automatic e-mail request for volunteers. Last JV game is Wed. Oct. 8th - need help. Homecoming October 16th at New Smyrna - need alot of help. There is no facility, outside table stand needs to be set up - expect capacity crowd. E-mails need to be sent out days in advance. Parents should not bring young children to work in concession stands. They sometimes get underfoot and can get hurt.
